REFUND/RETURN POLICY
What are the terms of the Return/Exchange Policy?
• Customers can exchange or return their orders within 7 days after an order has been delivered.
• In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
• If you have received a defective product, send us images at thecrazydots@gmail.com and we will get back to you.
• Exchanges are only applicable to items within the same price range.
• Shipping and COD charges won’t be refundable
• Once the products are received in proper condition the payment is returned back within 7 days.
• In case of COD orders please include Customer Name, Bank Account number, IFSC Code, Bank name in the refund email.
